6 Energy hardpoints, one in each location: 1RA, 1RT, 1CT, 1LT, 1LA, 1H.
Double heat sinks and endo stock.
2 AMS hardpoints with 1 ton ammo.
XL 300 stock and max armor.

Alternatively:

CDA-EB

Endosteel stock
XL350
8 JJ
2 energy hardpoints, one in each arm.
1 missile hardpoint in the left torso.
1 ballistic hardpoint in the right torso.
1 flux capacitor in the head.
Hero skin is a stainless steel finish.

The CDA-EB "Emmit Brown" is an oddity to be sure. It's hardpoint layout has been described as "unusual". But the driver of this mech swore that he put the JJ in because where he was going he didn't need roads, and when the XL350 hits 141.7 Kph you'll see some serious sh**.

more critical slot... i know its already overpowered the 2A not as a light but as a fast medium its hard to do less than 350 dmg/game luckily no one using it. with more crit slot i could put in some more DHS
in lore cicada F is the strongest its with jump jets

so more Crit slot and JJ with an XL245 it can B an absolute BEAST...


and ppl may start useing the cicada as intended running no more than 125

  • CDA-3F - The -3F Cicada is one of the most advanced versions of this 'Mech and was designed following the Clan Invasion. The chassis has been constructed using Endo Steel construction techniques and the 'Mech is protected with six and a half tons of Ferro-Fibrous armor. The -3F is powered by an extralight engine, can jump up to two hundred and forty meters, and carries a weapons loadout that appears to be a cross between the -2A and -3C models. I would also buy it regardless if it hard the Waynes World Gremlin paint job or not.

Just make the 2A the new Hero mech add some perks and name it something fancy.
Remove the actual 2A and say it was a test platform for the Hero version.
Add another non missile Cicada as a new variant, or add no extra variant because there are still 3 left.

result:
-I get to play my favorite Cicada as a hero version
-PGI hardly has to do any coding

Win, Win!!

Why do I feel guilty for writing this? ;)

Give it 4 energy hardpoints and 6 ballistic hardpoints. All small lasers and machine guns! 2 ballistic in each of the 3 torsos, two energy in each arm. No other mech has ballistic in CT (I think).

Give it two energy hard points, a max engine of 275 and 20 jumpjets IMO

Four Narc tubes for ultimate ECM isn't a problem and a ballistic point for "shoot the ears". He'd be able to kill anything in seconds.

2 energy in each arm, 1 ballistic in each side torso, 1 energy and a NARC tube in the CT.

Conversely, 1 Energy each in every location. CT, LT, RT, RA, LA, HD.

Ditch the varient that exists and replace it with the hero. Call the old one a 'placeholder'.

Did it for my lovely Yen-lo, why not for a Garthmobile?

If it's gonna be the Garthmobile from Wayne's World, then it should just play Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody in it's entirety starting at the beginning of the match.
