Are there any plans to see something else on that screen? All I know is that my mech is trying to autodetect something, but has no signal for some reason. How about the schematic of the mech we target?

I'm hoping I can just stream Debby does Dallas to one of those while playing.

They should just have one of them play clips from the Battletech cartoon. ;)

They will (???) maybe make the information in the top right, display on those screens perhaps.

They are going to eventually show something. Just what, we don't know.

Also, from Ask The Devs #30 Answers:

Q: Are the screens inside each cockpit going to be customizable in the future? (Options > Screen Setup > Screen 1 = Ammo, Screen 2 = Heatsinks, Screen 3 = Damage Indicators, Screen 4 = ..., ...)
A: No.

I think it's cute. The input is gonna be their for sure, but in the meantime we get the same error you get on a real screen not plugged into anything.

Also, PGI, as soon as you get those screens working, the yellowscreen/noHUD bugs become irrelevant.

Either that or they're going to implement a "hardcore" mode where there is no holographic HUD, just your monitors and crosshairs painted on the viewport.

Could be used as a photo frame.
Useful to get you motivated to battle.

;) :)

They've already said we're not getting those.

God I'd love them for my atlas though. Even a crotch cam would be useful in keeping me from rolling over my own lights.

Bollocks! If you've noticed when shut down, that screen still displays. Bet PGI, will implement it to show a very limited cross section of radar. This will make nighttime hide and seek very interesting

Our tech may be a genius when it comes to quickly taking a heap of slagged metal and shattered electronics and turning it back into a functional 'mech, but he can't figure out for the life of him why most of the display screens play "Friday" and "Call me Maybe" in a loop at full volume, so he ripped out the cables.

It's a small price to pay for sanity.

The rights to stream "My Little Pony" are still being negotiated . Please stand by.

(I'm just joking , that show is terrible . But it will
Display information eventually . I believe it's fairly low priority )

Cheers.
