Just "tied" a game b/c the guy had no ammo and I was camping our cap point with 2 working Medium Lasers.

Time ran out and it awarded us the win. How is that determined?

I am the other guy. I was wondering the same thing. It should have been a tie. Weird.

Good game though. I was fine until I ran out of ammo ;)

Did it give you the loss? It didn't give us both a win, did it? LOL

Fun game though. I was internal on my CT. If you'd had even 1 working energy weapon you'd have killed me. ;)

I'd like to know this too. I have been in 2 matches recently that ended due to time. Both matches it came down to 1 man on each team.

The first time the Enemy had spent some time on our base, but their base was untouched. Match ended as tied

The second time both bases were untouched, one man on both side, but we were awarded a victory.

Seems a little contradictory to common sense, but who knows what metrics are used to decide the Victor

Play a match where you refuse to leave your cap.

Enemy afraid to attack since they have too many scouts.

Timer runs down, have one guy die outside of bounds just before timer is out.

Receive a point for his out of bounds death, 1 - 0

Yeah we lost. No reason I can think off. Final was 1vs1 and we had a little more cap than you. Maybe total points?

It used to give the win to who ever had the most kills, as shown at the top of the hud at the cap progress bar. if that number was equal it would end in a tie.

Then they changed it so what ever side had capped the most according to the cap progress bar, wins.
