Anybody got some .cfg files for Logitech Extreme 3D Pro that work?
Can't seem to get the ones found in the forum to work properly.
They seem to be broken after the latest patch.
Gone thru constant throttle to the ole spinning dervish in my mechs
Can anyone help a brother out.
Oh and if anyone has a dual JS .cfg file I'd like to check that out too.

I saw this configuration somewhere and it worked great for me.

cl_joystick_gain = 5
cl_joystick_sensitivity = 1.4
cl_joystick_throttle_range = 0
cl_joystick_invert_throttle = 1
cl_joystick_invert_pitch = 1
cl_joystick_invert_yaw = 0
cl_joystick_invert_turn = 0
I_joystick_deadzone = 0.15

Yeah, who plays CoD with a joystick, right? What do you think this is, a throwback to old school gaming?

I cant use my joystick either it sucks. What is so stupid about the whole game is its 2013? I found and bought a copy of MechWarrior 4 Mercenaries on Ebay loaded it up installed perfectly then went in learned how to configure my joystick which was easy then played the game. It was a piece of cake? Worked great my joystick(Logitech 3d pro the game was fun missions fun the maps were awesome graphics and sound were ok. And this is a 2002 game? I personally think PGI does not know to build games this game worked perfect right out of the CD cover.

Yes I'm a relic from the DOS days, but dang it this game need real JS support.
Which coming I'm more than sure.
PGI is probably waiting for Razer to get it's product online.
But not everyone will be able to afford it.
Me I'm damn near retired and yeah I'm gonna shuffle on out to pick one up.
But........ in the mean time show us old stick jockeys some love.
I just hope this game doesn't turn into and an armored COD.

@ Suprentus, yep this this config works perfectly for the Logitech Extreme Pro 3D stick.. Copied it into the “Blank user.cfg file, remapped my buttons in game and I would have to say works just as nice as it did in MW2, MW3, MW4, MW4Mercs….. (Yep another OLDSCHOOL PILOT lol) purchased these games “when they were bran new releases and on the shelf” lol…….
As this is a SIMULATOR and not an “Arcade Platform Game” I have to agree, mouse/kb bad… but…

Awesome!! This config hint fixed my invert axsi issue and my throttle to behave like in MW2 The Clans! Thank you very much!

Personally I like to use the joystick with the mouse. Stick controls the legs and general mech functions i.e speed targeting, jj etc. And I use the mouse for weapons and torso twist.
