Ive played a streak cat. That was before ECM. But ive since swaped it out for a SRM 6 cat. Also before there was ecm.

Then you should know that an enemy who turns their torso will spread out their damage across their torso and arms.

Oh yea, and they made streaks spread more since ECM.
