I use an NVIDIA card...a good one. There's absolutely no excuse for this kind of thing to still be happening. Especially on a map that's been around as long as frozen city has.

I found having adaptive anti-aliasing on can cause this issue with some games.. (ATI cards)

I'm running an ATI Radeon 4800, and turning off the AAA helped, but didn't fix the issue. When I disabled the Catalyst A.I. as well, the problem was completely fixed; I didn't even have to clear the cache.

It certainly seems to be an aliasing issue, so tweak the AA settings on your graphics card seems to provide the solid fix.

Just to make sure we all discuss the same problem, does it looks like this?

Spoiler

Yup, and it is so persistent that in any drop I mention it there is a chorus of "yep, same here"s.

Aside from clearing shaders, nothing seems to get rid of this. (and then only for the next game on Frozen City) I'm running an ancient nVidia 460 GTX though but it seems most of you have the same problem with much more recent models.

Don't worry mate I'm running a GTX670 same garbage. Vsync/shader purge/aa/low-max settings, nothing seems to help.

Had the same issue. Found wiping the game (and reg files) helped for a single game. Then rolled my Nvidia driver back one release and seems to be stable.

Might require you to delete the shader cache again though...
Kinda surprise it never go mentioned in the patch notes...
