I cheered after I read that. I'm a big MWO fan and a casual League of Legends player, so seeing this makes me very happy that Riot takes their tribunal seriously at ALL levels of play, regardless of whether you're a professional player or not.
Now, I know that PGI is still developing something that would allow us to report players for harassment and other code of conduct violations other than having to take a screenshot/video and e-mail it. I'm merely posting this here as proof that a community helped system can work very well, and that I sincerely hope that PGI models a system with more similarities than differences.
Thank you PGI for all your hard work, it is much appreciated and I look forward to all of the new features and content!

I must add that this whole "No name and shame" policy is outright stupid. I mean players still shouldn't post on the forum that some other player is a teamkiller or something, but devs should create "Great Wall of Shame" and list all abusers there for everyone to know.
