MW4 Practice youll need to go through Demonic (i dont think / not sure if he has a MWO account) but he always on raidcall.

Working by eastern time would be the best for me as when its the evening its around midnight for me.
As to pacific where it would be 4am lol.

Sometimes i do stay up till like 6am because i cant sleep, but this only happens now and then and i dont think youll appreciate me falling asleep at the keyboard and alpha striking you in the back repeatedly haha.

mw4 im not so worried about practicing, morr for team building exercise, it would just be good to get as many new people on for orientation.

The latest version has at the end of its version number .30

You just need a torrent and the MTX extractor for the bulk of it then the rest can be done without.

Team building wise i kinda think we would be better of on something like CSsource. For two reasons:

1. Its just easy to pick up and play - a monkey could do it.

2. Its 10x easier to grasp as to piloting a clunky great big mech and we could teach the basics of things like arcs, sectors, keeping to your sectors etc on there. Then once we have those fundimentals sorted we move onto piloting mechs.

I dont know, it is a mechwarrior team and i think people would probs wna stick with MW

Dude, we haven't hired a female yet?! Statistically speaking, their the better players! Think about it! There are a zillion male pilots out there, and cain't none of 'em shoot OR pilot a mech, but there are only a handful of female mechwarriors out there, and they're all pretty gung-ho players! (pardon the pun) Recruit a lance of females, and THAT'S AN ORDER!!! lol
