Moving the mouse towards the starting location (no veritcal twist) would cause the flicker again but the HUD would come back.

As title. In Frozen city night anytime I moved my mouse in the y-axis with the screen would flicker with the image below, before going to regular hud but with the hud gone (as if powered down).
Moving the mouse towards the starting location (no veritcal twist) would cause the flicker again but the HUD would come back.
