Free players should have Zero input on what is balanced They don't pay to use said mech and weapon. The paying players are the ones that are important, because they keep the game alive, not lowly spacepoors who just play for free.

For dmg dealer masturbat0rs I'd rather team up with a jenner who can core 2 atlai with 100dmg than missile boat who racks up 1000 unnecessary dmg.

And to the topic. It's not about filtering input of bad players, it's about filtering input from idi0ts. But there is no need to worry cos PGI is not particularly famous for listening to any external input
