In the link is my Spider 5D build. I built it cheap, as I don't plan to use it for much longer, but have been having a blast.

My tactics to make it viable, is you run around like a mad man capping points, until you see another light, probably an SSRM mech.

You then tag it, then run like hell back to your team, and watch them rain LRM hell upon his soul.

Sure, not too optimized, but fun nontheless.

looks like a decent harasser build, at least, when used with competent teammates.

That is what it really works in, but if you can read the situation, and what your (usually ********) team mates are doing, you can be pretty well off also.
