I met a few of the gatekeepers last night and although it was late and I was too tired to drop, I did get to talk for a bit. Good group of guys and we are glad you are here. I too have been around for nearly 20 years with my first online mech experience being MPBT:Solaris from Kesmai/AOL in the 90's and MW3.

We had ourselves 8-9 man drops Saturday. It went quite well. The sooner people stop associating large groups of Capellans with squawking noises and Goonery, the more folks are going to end up green and gunning for glory.

Sound interesting, but half the units I have joined i my time here have turned out to be solo players, either do not really work together, even when they drop together, leave the rest of their team members to die ust to save their own backsides or downright just deliberately walk in front of you when you are shooting the enemy just so they can either get a kill or more damage point rewards. Not to mention shooting right through you (and killing you) because they are too stupid to take 1 second to look at the battle map to see where their team members are and get out of your way when you are trying to reverse when getting pelted with AC shells, lasers or gauss. or have attitude problems, so these days I a careful about units I see then recruiting.

Sounds a bit insulting considering you join and left my unit recently.

We can teach if asked else we would expect people in our group matches to carry their own weight.

He joined our unit, we mil-sim, so after trying to talk to him and help him for over two hours we kicked him from our group. He hen created multiple alt accounts that were all from the planet Boardwalk.

Now don't get me wrong, I want to support new players: but I've had a bad experience trying to help this one.

Maybe, just maybe you should play the game. The TS is open: like a ghost town. Perhaps if you were online, playing, grouping with Mordred and them....the ghost town might stop being that.
