erm.... PGI, there is a problem with your selection code.

you need to remove these lines:

var paulExcluded = new[]{'Aegis Kleais', 'Kabaluk', ....} - cut for brevity.

.Where(source=> source.Region=='USA')
.Where(source=> !paulExcluded.Contains(source.Name))

That should fix the current problem.
I don't mind fixing it for you for free.
