Yes, you are probably right about the office guy 30 years ago writing it, but the idea is for these things to BE HUGE!
Biggest problem with having a big mech is the stupid huge amount of damage LRM's do in this game compared to old ones.
The cities aren't realistic either... just doesn't make things feel "real".
