I am getting this issue too. Not game-breaking but annoying.

A couple times last night...

...there was always an enemy off in the distance, slightly to the right...

Location: All Maps
Problem: enemy icons that are even sometimes targetable are locked on my screen even if I am facing away from the target. This pops up multiple times during each match on ever map.
Steps to repeat: Log into match.
Play in match.
Out of nowhere, a distracting enemy icon appears.
It stays in place on screen no matter which direction you are facing.
Goes away in time. Not sure why.
+1 I also have experienced this.

I have been experiencing an inability to target mechs at close and long range. While some mechs appear as targets others do not (no ECM involved).

Also experiencing 'swimming' of the red target reticle in whole and part (red triangle too). It seems to lose sync with enemy targets through zoom levels/modes, while team mates are locking targets. I have two videos published of this 'Canon ECM' feature so far. lol.

- Caustic, 3:45 an Atlas target on right, 5:50 blue and red swimming targets in Adv. zoom mode.
- ForCol, 3:13 an ECM Hunchback target dead center.

All 3 instances occur with: ECM, adv/reg zoom, and friendlies targeting enemies. Hope this helps Niko!

This isn't a bug. They've finally implemented the much-needed "ghost target" generating feature of the Guardian ECM from the table-top rules. Don't complain, it's canon.

Nope, it IS a Bug !
Specially in Advanced Zoom (totally broken now) the Targets "jump" or "shake" around, totally anoying !

Add me to the list of folks that have had the strange stuck targeting bracket and iff triangle bug.

I get the same issue , almost on every match.

When you face the wrong direction the lock on goes crazy.

It seems to be only newly acquired targets, they do not follow compass facing or camera orientation

Getting the same almost every match. No ECM involved.
Sometimes my friendly blue triangles are also glued to the glass of my mech.

However when I lock another enemy some of the triangles and boxes will map correctly. It is not an all-or-nothing problem (making targeting even more confusing).
