2. Exit death screen to spectator mode
3. BB start up sequence plays
4. Change spectated player

Confirmed. Typically seemed to happen the first time I clicked the "Spectate" button, but not every time.

its not occasionally (at least for me)
whenever i switch to spectate someone for first time it plays the sound if i switch to the same player 2x or more it doesnt happen anymore

Betty should not be squaking startup sequence things to spectators. I am dead, I don't even have ears to hear her and I know she isn't babbling about startup items when the guy I am watching is fully engaged with the enemy.

I already saw the poll in the "Known Issues" for the problem, that Bitchin' Betty is saying her starting sequence text sometimes, when you switch from your death screen into spectator mode and while switching the players while in spectator mode.

I want to add to this problem the following:

If your Mech is destroyed in a body of water and you lie down beneath the surface of the water, you can experience not only BB says her startup text when switching from the death screen to spectator mode, but you also have water running down the screen of the player you spectate, even if he is far away from any source of water.
