Almost $30 for the new Awesome hero mech.

Ridiculous.

PGI, I hate to say it but you're price structure is hurting you. $30 is just too much money for a hero mech. The most I would pay for any mech is $20.

The MC sales (20%) you have had on the holidays is just about where your regular pricing should be.

US$25 actually, but yeah it's expensive. Most status symbols are.

I really have to agree here...

The prices didnt seem bad till i saw how much some of the mechs cost...

you gotta think 15$ per month for a pay to play game that includes content and patches that come out faster. even with some of the fluff purchase's, you only get like 100,000 cbills a match and some of the bigger non mc only mechs are in the 7-9million cbills...

It seems like your like here have your free non customizable non experianceable trial mechs and hay we'll even give you the first 30 matchs withe a nice bonus to get your atlas right off... which im sure is what most people do... then your like "O no u didnnt!" /SLAP

I dont mind spending money on a game i enjoy and so far i do kinda like this game but costs just seem way out of preportion at the moment. 30$ usd should be enough (6,500mc) for a couple of big mechs not just one and then something small..

Not to mention why we cant purchase cbills... or at least convert mc to cbills. rant incoming...
or why theres no solo missions or why theres no 1v1 gladiator matches or why theres no faction missions/battles planet conquering.... or for that matter why the heck is there only like 4 maps?!?

Sorry about the rant needed to get that out... even if most of its been said already.

I can see paying $10-15 USD for a assault class hero mech, as its basically a bundle of unique variant plus unique camo plus the 30% cbill boost, but $30 is nuts cost of two of these puppies and I can get a brand new tripple A Xbox game (See: Deadspace 3 or the new DMC) and in the end you just look cool but people pitty you for the money you have spent. (Iv actually heard people saying they are "Sorry for your wallet" when encountering yen-lo-wangs in game, and did anyone actually buy a death's knell?)

Hell even the expansion packs for MW4 were like $15 bucks and they basically gave us two mechs. (each)

Compare the cost for a mech to a character in League of Legends. $25 (I was corrected by a later post) here gets me a single hero mech if I play assaults ( I do play assaults almost exclusively ). That same amount of cash in LoL can get me 2-4 champions to play PLUS an xp/ip bonus for a few days.

It's a business. Yes, I get it. But you're just being *****.

To be fair: you do not need to purchase a hero mech. The game is completely free AND using a hero mech means you likely do not need to pay for Premium Time (although you can).

I don't think that anyone here is arguing that the pricing is bad because they should get to have that stuff for free right now or any other stupid reason. They (and I) are saying "please set the price somewhere within reason so that I can justify giving you money" which shortens to "please let us give you money!"
So to refresh, PGI please let us give you money!

Yes. And until then, slamming the lid to the cookie jar on your fingers is all I can do. Now go sit in the corner (while writing new code) and think about what you've done.
