Unfortunately no, our current group is based in EDT. We're a small team by design, and after disbanding our EU team recently, it's all North American now.

Updated requirements:

• Age 18+ only
  
• English speaking
  
• TeamSpeak 3 and microphone
  
• Computer currently able to run MechWarrior Online at a high FPS
  
• High level of activity, especially during 9-11 PM EDT, Sunday-Thursday
  
• Greater than 2.0 overall KDR
  
• Knowledge of current ”meta” builds
  
• Play-to-Win mindset
  
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Applications which do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Applications which do meet these requirements are not guaranteed acceptance.

We are definitely looking for terrible pilots with a low activity level who hate the play-to-win philosophy, hate meta mechs (and MetaMechs.com) and who are currently maintaining a less than .5 KDR in the lower ELO matchups. Must hate cat gifs, have an embarrassing inability to pick up on dry humor and sarcasm, love dogs, insult everyone they come across in order to look cooler to themselves, and trash talk in every single match.

Are you interested in becoming a member of one of the most decorated and longest-standing competitive MWO teams? You're in luck, because SJR is actively looking for more NA-based pilots!

We have several player-run league championships under our belt, and we are home to some of the best-known competitive pilots.

You probably already know what we have to offer - good drops, a positive atmosphere, and a drive to excel. But what are we looking for from you?

- High activity during the 9-11:30PM EST window (our practice window, prime time for CW and league drops).
- Willingness to play as-needed in addition to keep skills sharp
- A high skill level and the mental room to recognize that it can still be improved upon. ( We usually look for >2.0 KDR but if you feel strongly that you play better than your numbers indicate, apply. )
- A play-to-win mindset
- A respectable 'Mech stable decked out with at least some of the current meta ( see Metamechs.com ), at least elite and ready to go, and a willingness to take whatever 'Mech the DC reqests
- Ability to keep up comparable damage scores, on average, to other SJR pilots in matches while still playing as a good teammate
- TS3 skills - Communication, communication, communication! The ability and willingness to communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively.
- Previous competitive experience is a plus!

We do not have any sort of individual skill training program, and are not in the business of bringing up brand-new players. We are happy and willing to answer our new members' questions, and will help any member who takes the initiative to improve themselves.

I'll be honest, I checked out the application just to see what the steering wheel question was.

...and now that I did, I'm looking for steering wheels for my PC.
