I don't even see a door light in this screen grab? Since we've obviously given up on any kind of feedback as to the state of the doors, can we get rid of them please?!
(and yes, I know what state the doors were when I took this - do you?)

I don't pilot cats often, but isnt it the two green lights on either side of the cockpit? On the frame of the window itself.

Yes. It's hard to tell especially on the bright, whiteout map of frozen city...but it looks like the doors are open.
If it were a simple on/off system, it would be much easier to tell.

Those are door lights? You've gotta be ******* kidding me?! I've never seen them until you pointed them out. Yeah, the doors are open but how can you tell what that little white light means?

Hahaha...yeah...the two modes go from yellow (closed) to green (open). That's why I've been saying they need to stop messing around with this silly color-coded thing and just make it on/off. That way if you look at it and it's black you know they're closed. If it's lit up then you know they're open.
And better yet, put a notification on the HUD as well; like a green blinking "Missile Doors" icon to let the pilot know his missile bay is open and exposed.
