I'm sure this is posted somewhere, but I cann't seem to find it. I've read some posts about open beta on July 17th? I know use search and such, but I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan and our internet is less than speedy. So if you could like some pages with info here I'd love it.
Also any word on a release date? I wont be back state side till Dec ish time frame so I have a feeling I'll miss the beging of the release.

It's not entirely clear what July 17th is. It's been said that that's when people who purchase the Founder's Pack will get access. Whether or not that means open beta is close at that point, I don't know.

It's said that the Founder's pack access is guaranteed early access to the beta, so actual launch/open beta will be some (undisclosed) amount of time after that

Ok kewl I see the founders options and thats great. So hear comes a follow on question. If i purchased one of the packs would I still get the bonus for when I start playing, ie, when I get home in Dec. Any help with this?

On June 19 you be able to purchase a Founder's Pack. If you purchase either one of the two packs you will be able to play the game on July 17, 2012.

If you do not purchase a Founder's Pack you will have to wait until the game is released at a later time.

Those which purchase the founder's pack will get access to the game on that date. That probably means it will be still in closed beta state, but just prior to the opening of it, since no more character purges will be made.

It's not clear how or when the 2 months' worth of bonus Cbills/XP begins (does it start on July 17th or does it start when you first login? We don't know) but the lifetime bonus will certainly still be there for you when December rolls around.

Not entirely true. We don't know if there will be a full on Open Beta or not. So you may not have to wait till release.

So what you are saying is that they Will let us play on July 17 if we buy the Founder's Packs and they may let in everyone in on OPEN BETA on the same day.

SWTOR had BETA system By the end everyone was in. Then they closed BETA and only those let those that bought certain packages. the more expensive the package the sooner you got in.
