If and only if PGI implements house vs. house gameplay I think a house victory bonus would be a nice addition to the game.
Ex.)
=> House X drops Vs, House Y drops (Uneven teams balanced by Merc/Lonewolf drops)
=> House X wins the round
=> House X (& Merc Corps fighting for them) receive _X_ # of Cbills for victory.
=> Lonewolves on fluffing Liao drop receive half the amount of Cbills (From victory bonus)
Just a thought.
Halving the Cbills for Lonewolves promotes joining either a House or Merc Corps. (Finding a clan or semi-organized group to play with.)
This would require slight changes to how the Merc Corps faction would work.
Any thoughts?

this would add ambition to form up teams or join existing ones, help to form up the active community and finally add some "flavor" to the (currently dull) deadmatch gameplay style.
i like it.
the game needs "depth" desperately. every bit counts...

Going on dull deathmatch:
Adding Cbill + Exp bonuses to capping objectives would be a nice touch.
Ex.) (Numbers are subject to change, as I am not an MWO economist)
=> Player caps an objective in conquest 2500 Cbills & 25Exp to each friendly mech at the cap point.
=> Killing an enemy from within a capture point (Point defense) would yield a bonus 1000 Cbills & 5Exp.
=> Killing a player in a friendly capture point grants a bonus 1500 Cbills (Stacks with 1000 from defending)
=> Killing a player who is capturing a point (Attacking a point) yields a bonus of 2000 Cbills
They also should add a "Followed commanders orders" bonus, although that would be quite hard to implement effectively.
