Is it weird of me when Discord is said to be associated with Chaos to think of him leading Chaos spaceponies and deamons and fighting against Princess Celestia and Spaceponies.

Normally I'd agree with you, BUT there was not enough death, destruction, and...well...Chaos for Discord to be Chaos. Unless he's the Chaos God of Less Violent Chaos.

However, Discord is more like Q, which makes sense since the character is based off Q. Then there's the fact that John de Lancie was the voice of Discord, whom I will ALWAYS associate with Q, just like Patrick Stewart will always be Cpt. Picard or William Shatner will always be Cpt. Kirk.

Also, Discord, unintentionally, delivers a message, much like Q. The Chaos Gods just kill things for the hell of it (blood for the Blood God, etc.)
