No.
Not exactly.
The Video is MLP FIM.
The Audio is Sailor Moon.
Specifically the Anime series intro Music.
I don't do Dubstep.
Ah I think it was you didn't specify which video you were talking about, and he assumed the dubstep one since your comment was right below that one.

Sorry, no english news about it.
The head of the FDP (Free Democratic Party) was mixing up that the Green Party wanted to ban Pony rides on country fairs with banning "Pony commercials". The video of this epic fail got clicks on end till now.
Again, it's german.

Sorry, my mistake everypony! =^.^=#
@Shredhead:
The German Pirate Party has Pony Time.
When there is no advance being made in a discussion, people can mention for Pony Time.
Then they decide on what episode to watch. AND THEN THEY WATCH MLP FIM THERE!
This has, by now, happened 4 times already . .

I also wonder what's with all the pony love, mind, but the anti-pony hate is also puzzling.

I've always found that "equal and opposite reactions" have a place in more than physics. People will latch onto a quality in something, and love it. When someone comes across their love and finds it unjustified, they are driven to resent it with just as much force as the first party puts into loving it.

Sigh.
Oh well, I've spent too long in here already, shouldn't steal Mason Grimm's thunder. It's time for me to:
I figure you'd like that one.
