After watching the shows, I'd have to say that the combination of personal responsibility, free enterprise, honest money, and more than a hint of Victorian civilization expressed in the shows are very attractive. I don't care much for the Greek moral allegory, but at least it's mostly pro devine establishment and falls on the side of encouraging good rather than bad behavior. Now that I have a frame of reference for the show, I will be watching them through at my liesure a couple more times. I intend to research some of the available writers workshops for the series as well before I launch into an abriged script and green screen edit of the show. This should keep me busy for the next three years. Thanks for shareing the pics, music, and enthusiasm for pony frame of reference.

Holy ponies Batman! I made it to the end after two days. Have to say was not interested in ponies really before this thread. I saw some episodes of it while watching tv with my daughter but besides thinking 'hey this isn't bad like most of the drivel that kids shows are now a days' wasn't intrigued. However now I am as i have laughed so hard at some of these pictures/gifs/videos in this thread. Also I want the "Derp from above" image as nose art on the first mech i get with jump jets

Just a heads my my fellow pony friend. Season 3, from the information I've heard, will only be 13 episodes, the primary reason for this is that near the end of season 2, almost all of the primary writing staff [that includes Lauren Faust and all the writers that worked on season 1] walked off the show. no concrete reasons honestly. But for writers to literally 'walk out' means that Hasbro was calling for some huge changes the primary writing staff was not ok with.

No not ,really 'My Little Pony:Friendship is magic" is a American Children's Cartoon. But there are some anime fans here as well.
