Hon. Damascas;

I am writing a Battletech My Little Pony crossover fanfic. In the story Fluttershy is a Phoenix/Hawk/Lamb pilot. Her ASVAB scores as a pegasi marked her for the aersopace force, and her interest in Foxes confused the recruiter.

Hon. Samaritan.

Just noticed that your using "Lamb" instead of "LAM", I don't know if that was intentional or not, or perhaps you got confused because they sound so similar phonetically. :D
anyway just in case... L.A.M. stands for "Land Air Mech"

Hon. Watchit;

You are, of course, correct sir. But we are talking about Fluttershy here, and Flutershy loves Phoenixes, Hawks, and Lambs. I as the author love L.A.M.s. Flutershy pulling a 20 G inverted turn at mach 9 with a barely heard Fox 1 is too cute to pass up. Flutershy's personality does not lend itself well to a rock'em sock'em battlemech fray, but protecting her companions with close ground support from time to time is something I can make work in the story.

When I found the picture of Flutershy dressed in a lamb pressure suit, I knew what I wanted to do with her as a character in the story.

I find the dichotomy of duty, honor, country drama in Battletech with the cute and uplifting ponies to be funny and entertainiing. I also love clever puns. Tying these into a straight man tale of battletech in much the same vien as Fall Out Equestria is a lot of fun.

As a long time silent hill fan, I loved Silent Ponyville. Yes it's alot of fan referencing to famous stuff in Silent Hill... but that's to be expected.

I do have one curious question that will help me figure out where your friend sits SNoble... did your friend like SH:Homecomming?

He despises it along with nearly all installments after SH3. I think Shattered Memories is the only recent SH game he likes.

YouTube Description said:

Children of the Night is a fan based animated project developed solely by two people. That would be me, Spirit, and my husband, Lion.

It tells the tale of what woud have been the origin of Nightmare Night, and the catalyst element that forced Celestia to banish Luna.

After defeating Discord, Canterlot was witnessing a very slow recovery. Misery could still be found everywhere around, specially for the ponies that had less means.

Luna thought that expanding the kingdom and founding a new pony colony elsewhere would give a solution to the problem, allowing the ponies that she would choose for the matter, a new brand future. Celestia refused the proposal of her sister to scatter Equestria. For after such a great lack of harmony she thought it could shatter the kingdom forever.

Being denied and in the shadow of her own sister, Luna decided it easier to ask for forgiveness than permission...

If you are a curious one, and you want to peek for more, you can visit our production blog right here:

This song is a remake of "come little Children" originally composed by James Horner and seen in the Disney Movie "Hocus Pocus"

This version belongs to Kate Covington, who rewrote and completed the song, and also did the voice and music arrangements. We obtained specific permission to use this song in our project, directly from her.

The concept of the story is it's the first 'night mare night' shortly after discord was defeated the first time by luna and celest, equestria was was having a slow recovery from all the damage, and some of the poorest ponies were doing particularly bad, luna had a plan to form a new colony to give them a fresh start and take some of the burden off the recovery effort, celest, shot the idea down, but luna did it any way by gathering up orphens, it's ment to be one of the acts that forced celest to banish luna to the moon....at least that's what the blog says

Edit:
Yeah what Proxus571 said...

Hon. Mechwarriors;

In a month from now MWO will be available and we shall crowd the servers to overflowing with our exuberant incompetence by the dozens. In the first clinches in the long awaited throws of our collective passion for Mechwarrior we will inevitably fail, repeatedly. There will be a learning curve, an adjustment to MWO sensibilities with regard to play ballance and interface. That, we are perhaps, prepared for. But beyond this challenge lies a greater temptation to misery. We will gradually attain the proficiency necessary to give a good accounting of ourselves only to be thwarted time and time again by the personification of FAIL that shall be our fellow team mates. Our greatest and most valiant efforts will serve no more purpose than to circle the drain with our CBills to the melodious refrain of the giddy laughter of our foes. In this dark time when you hold more love for your razor in the toilet, than your Razor command console I want you to think back to the blissful days of anticipation we enjoyed here together.

To help you along with this process and to console you in your moment of doubt and self loathing I give you this...

A concept for your consideration...

Grudge matches and pre mades aside, for solo que pug's, i propose a small code of honor among the 'Let there be PONY!" posters.

I'll preface this with 2 points.
1. I don't mean for this to be a limiting code. if you feel you need to break it for your team, your team comes first.
2. As with point 1, your team comes first, even if they are the trolliest of trolls, I will never advocate betraying your own team.

The code.

If you spot a a target on the opposing team with a name you recognize from here, extend them one of the few courtesies of the battle field, attempt to destroy them last.

I make no promises in this regard...

But this will be my reaction when dying honorably to other mlp thread posters:

I agree, if I am killed in battle by a brother or sister from here (even fros) I consider it fair play, as I will be aiming for the enemy, regardless of a-filly-ation.

I'll likely be more inclined to extend a, "good fight," and, "good game," to those I recognize from here.

Likewise, I will be not hold myself back to gloat over any haters that I recognize and defeat on the battlefield. They shall be blessed with such phrases like:

"Now that's the power of friendship."
"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!"
"You fight as well as Scootaloo flies."
"Told ya you couldn't hold up to the power of the Party Cannon."
"Haha, you sure got bucked good."
