Did you buy a mech in a drunken stupor? .. I did that once, forgot about it when I logged back in only to find a new commando 1D sitting at the end of my line (well, not 6m, but 1.6 mill which was all I had) :P

Though, I meant to buy him because I needed to grind out master/elite with him. So.... you got an extra Atlas in your stable, perhaps? :P

No I was not under the influence of anything nor did i make any purchases that night, thus why I am confused.

given that nothing can be traded between accounts, I'd open a ticket with support and give them the dates so they can verify it was there, then gone. If they can see it went poof, they will probably refund it.

I've had things I thought didn't add up before, and emailed support. Both times they very quickly got back to me and gave my issues full attention, going so far as sending me summaries of my c-bill purchases, verifying that indeed I was an ***** (which I already suspected, but needed confirmation).

While the particulars of your case sound quite different, like some kind of systematic mistake on their end, the process is the same -email support, let them know what happened and when they review your cbills it will show exactly where it went. If it went somewhere it's not supposed to, surely they will credit you back whatever is yours. Point being PGI is really on top of this stuff and take these claims seriously whether you are right or wrong so take this up with support@mwomercs.com, and post back to this thread with the conclusion.

Are you certain you did not purchase an engine or module? Those both run into several million CB each. There's nothing we can do to help- file a ticket
