Last night I had about 6 "program not responding" crashes where the MWO screen would gray out and the little pop up from windows would ask me if i wanted to wait for the program to response or close it. I have not seen this. I tried a restart and that didn't do it and i eventually did an uninstall and reinstall of MWO. I just got another "program not responding" crash. Is this happening a lot now? I have had more crashes in last two days than last number of months

I think this bug is pretty well known by now. When a lot is happening (100+ LRMs), at least I get crashes frequently. Detail levels have no effect, so I don't really have a clue what causes it. Friends with 600-series NVidia cards are also getting crashes.

Let's just wait for the next patch.

This seems to be a common theme nowadays.

My 480 has seen amazing performance this patch. no crashes or yellow screen/ctd/4 fps bugs but there are more radar and game ui bugs. but those are pretty minor.

so far I have cycled threw all the video settings, I usly run my video at Very high, I reduced it to High, to Med, to Low, and had this not responding game locking bug a few different times on each setting. I've also turned off AA. I've updated my TS Overlay thinking maybe that was causeing an issue, I have had this bug with out TS or Mumble Overlays being on screen. Someone poinnted out that it was due to over 100 missles being on screen. But I have never had this issue untill the last patch.

Has anyone found a fix or work around for this problem?

I also have been having this issue since the last patch (on the 5th). I'm running a GTX 670 as well and hadn't encountered this until then. It's happening fairly frequently now, as others have posted.

Hopefully they fix this Tuesday?

The following is the reply to an on-going ticket I had submitted since the patch on the 5th. Doesn't help much but it is informative.

Every time I go to close the game client it does this. But other than that I haven't seen it as much as in the old days.

I've had occasional issues like most, but the last couple days have been worse. It may or may not be related, but I noticed Microsoft pushed a bunch of updates down the pipe about the same time that the issue increased. I guess its not far fetched that MS buggered something up.

I'm having the "game not responding" when I try and exit.
Last four or five times, the game doesn't shut down without using task manager.
And, I do the correct sequence, not try and hit the X at the top right corner of the windowed "home" view.
