Toaday i tried to buy a catapult c-4, bought, with mc, cause i'm not patient enough, what does the game do? Give me a freaking Flame.....why in the holy hell??!?! et even was defaultly named catapult c-4....(facepalm)

Mc gone...whatever....no biggie.....but the game doesn't allow me to buy ANY NEW MECHS EVEN WITH C-BILS....I now have 3,something mil c-bils, i can't even buy a freking commando, not enough c-bills.

And i am ranting it here, because i can't find a way to submit an error ticket, or something !

P.s. Not to mention after new patch my Faction, which i changed in mwomercs.com, is shown house marik or whatever, MINE IS free rasalhague republic, and the stupid game still shows in home screen some house marik....

If the default name was Catapult C-4, I would log out and log back in to see if it was just a visual mech bug (people get the strangest bugs in mech lab).

If you logged back in and it still was a Flame, then I would contact support with details.

The faction display is a bug that they are working on.

We can tell. No worries though. Just next time less emotion and more fact.

Also to save you time alwasy try the following steps before going on the forum or contacting support.

1: Log out and shut down the game
2: Start the game and log in as usual, if the problem is solved good. If it is not
3: Re-install the game then do step 2. Still having a problem
4: Make a ticket to support in a polite language and with as much details as you can manage.. Do NOT use foul language.

Best of luck in getting this situation solved.

For MC I entirely agree. Nothing beats that 30% c-bill boost, makes cashgrinding so fast. If you were viewing the listing under heavies in the mech bay, that was most likely a misclick on your part, I have never had a single issue purchasing ANYTHING in the game, I have $160 into the game so you can't tell me I haven't tried everything with MC.

Well....that went fine....it is resolved and i'm satisfied with support.
mc refunded....and i can buy mech with c bills, because after the mixup i could buy ANY mechs....so i'm good

Im glad they resolved it... you really didn't need to post a thread about it. There is a big SUPPORT button at the top of the webpage
