There is a pinned thread up there ^ about unofficial Teamspeak servers, but I was thinking to myself that maybe some people don't really know how to use teamspeak to find a group. So here's some useful info:

Teamspeak 3 Download Link

(Add this server to your bookmarks.)

This is the most popular MWO teamspeak server that I know of. just hop into a dropship (channel) that doesn't have four people and ask them if you can join up. Too easy!

Server: na1.mech-connect.net

Password: WordofBlake

i love the solitude and challenge of pugging and also i play at random odd hour or two sessions.

sometimes friends aren't available cause i'm on one side of the planet and they're on the other...

BUT YOU CAN DO IT PEOPLE! TEAMSPEAK IS HERE FOR YOU! i've done it once and i look forward to that mood of hilarity with mates again when it takes me {and them} at the right moment.

100+ for this much needed post!

They need to put this info in the game somewhere. Make connecting to a server as easy as worldly possible. Alot of people dont even know how to connect to a ts server. Also i have never ran into any of the behavior that voip servers are famous for. Everyone i have run into is friendly and just out to have a good time. Try it out its worth it. Good post worthy of a sticky or something

pin it in training grounds until VOIP is intergrated into the game itself.

There was some talk about the various VOIP programs (TS, CS3?, Mumble, etc). Which is best (i.e. most popular, easiest to use, etc)?

I *REALLY* like Teamspeak. There are tons to choose from, but I believe the majority of people are using TS3.

Feel free to check out the NoGutsNoGalaxy Public Outreach server. There is *ALWAYS* someone to play with!
