I would have to say that it is because they volunteered to police the forums on their own time, without pay, to prevent stupid people like myself from ruining the forums and burning it to the ground. =3

Except for that looney Prosperity Park guy....I hope his mech twists an actuator in a pothole of Benedict Arnoldism. His Comstar affiliation has shaken my faith in humanity
But the rest of the mods are moderately awesome!

For some reason my hammer feels heavier on this planet.
Perhaps it's because I know one reason I am personally grateful for all of them is that without them: I wouldn't have a moment to look after projects like the Patch Feedback and Known Issues forums.
The only hammer that worrys me is Paul's pink hammer of inconvience.

Does that hammer looks something like this?:
Looks like an excellent forum moderation tool for an excellent moderator!
Forgive me, I feel like the bear hasn't been poked in awhile...

Yes, they do. Even after they grow up into birds and pilot Mechs.

We're ordered to do nothing, the change in title to Volunteer Moderator was partially to show that. And partially to stop us from demanding a salary when everyone's titles ingame changed to staff.
Or demanding cake. I like cake.
*Protests against this thread being stickied when there are so many other threads in GD with more content.*

I can't believe we went so long without anybody doing something like them before... Was that your idea Helmer, or did they order you to do it
It was actually LaznAzn's idea to setup the Dev tracker . I give hime credit in the Original Post. During closed beta on the Closed beta TS3 (What is now the Comstar NA) he made the suggeston while a bunch of us where doing drops.
The Weekly rundown was something i had been thinking about doing for awhile. miSs had the exact same idea and encouraged me to do it.
Cheers.

Thank you for the humor (I'm sure you are even laughing as you delete or redact some posts), the tact, and the humility with which you perform your self-inflicted functions. That you were mere mortals and average (as Nico has so eloquently stated) I'm sure is shown in your K/D R. Probably because you are spending too much time in this forum wielding the pink hammer provided you by the able staff of PGIGP.
However, if we might get a cowbell for Viterbi, that would be nice as I swear that staff moderator is a ninja. You never know where he is and then *swoop* a post is gone. Having a warning he is in the area would be nice.
