No. Next patch is when they said the next patch is. Today is the 12th, not the 19th.

This is server maintenance, server maintenance is not a patch.

Garth I'm not sure if you get feedback on this or not, but everyone I know says the game is the best right after a patch and then it slowly degrades until the next one. Hopefully this will be something that can be fixed in time or managed with daily maintenance.
