Apparently my Sarcas-O-Meter needs new batteries, and maybe it needs to be smacked on the sidewalk a few times, too.
It should be working....maybe in the future we should conduct all forum discussions through the medium of puppets.

Have you not smelled the presence of Garth? It's like the Gordon's Fisherman if he lived in an adult bookstore...

The elitism is strong with this one. Sorry that not everyone can be cool and live in Europe like you.
PGI should just consult the Vatican on when proper server maintenance should be conducted and not perform it during business hours in North America....

I'm not elitist at all, I'm just annoyed that game devs fairly consistently dump the maintenance time in...
EU TIME!
Put it in US prime time for a change, mix it up, the EU is a very large demographic as well.
I'm really inclined to - actually, **** it. Stop being an elitist **** thinking the US is the victim of my comment. The US has always been thought of as the major demographic, and sometimes that's unfair. I'm not saying "always screw over the americans", I'm just saying "try not to be like SOE and always screw over the europeans". You just had to reply with an insult, though, didn't you?

I guess I'm just assuming that it's counting down. Some confirmation on whether this is the case or not would be appreciated. I bought the time because I'd have today and tomorrow off work to play a lot, but maybe I should have just waited and bought for tomorrow.

So you really expect others to stay late at work just for your convenience?
Will you pay them the overtime?
Seriously. Get used to maintenance for servers of North American based companies to happen early within THEIR working hours and not yours.
