Poor Garth, he's now discovered cooking his breakfast on top of the server powersupply by disabling the fan with bubblegum is a bad idea.

Next time please use the top of the engine in the garth mobile :P

Impressive, does PGI pay you to spell check "their" forums? How much does a job like that pay anyways.

02/11/2013 (Un)Offical Patch notes:

It was discovered, by chance mind you, that the PGI servers were too OP. To remedy this monumental problem a series of changes were implemented in today's patch. However, the code was riddled with soo much dakka that it reached epic proportions.
A complete server wipe was initiated to completely eliminate this eminent dakka level threat.

The following has taken effect -
A complete stat wipe
Mech wipe
Pilot and general experience wipe

Known issues:

Faction and avatars have been replaced with the Cicada tutu Brigades (apparently some code still slipped in and considered a Dakka level threat ... *eyes Garth*)

We (do not) appolgize for any inconveniences caused by this apocalyptic horror (as we were also affected)

(btw PGI, I am joking, pls don't spam my box wth pics of Garth again! I'm still recovering from the last time!)

A common mistake. Just because we close a ticket does not mean an issue is solved. We close tickets when nothing more can be done via that ticket. In this case: yep, we know, we're working on it. No I don't need your logs. :P

Tehehe in other words: You resolved your known issue and then stumbled across the unkown one <_<

Please look up some of these stuff before making stupid statements. The Fahrenheit is not an arbitrary scale. I'm hope you know what Kelvin is. It uses the same scale...

100 F was suppose to be the temperature of the human body.
0 F was suppose to be the temperature salt water freezes.

Quote

It is easy to convert Fahrenheit to Kelvin with these four steps.
  • Subtract 32 from the Fahrenheit temperature.
  • Multiply this number by 5.
  • Divide this number by 9.
  • Add 273.15 to this number.
yup, looks like exactly the same scale to me...

mean while C to K > substract 273

Canada. Metric.Posted Image

You must understand the United States viewpoint on it:

The metric system. Primarily used by socialists, communists, and dictators.

So, obviously it's a corrupting influence and most not be tolerated.

Ooh, ooh! I remember this one!! Such a massive upgrade in graphics from Crescent Hawks' Inception/Revenge... this was truly a cutting-edge game, back in 1989... ah, those were the days... no internet, no cell phones, no Windows (well, okay, Windows 3 was somewhere on the horizon, but GEM was the GUI of choice at the time...) And I still had hair.
