I'm also a big fan of Wispsy's version of GL, HF:

Groan, I had several games with the Duke. I only really remember him because he always killed himself. I haven't heard the 'Your lives, I claim them' but I like it

I never really do the GL,HF or gg but I generally see it as good form, although I'm often tempted to post some sarcastic reply.

There is nothing that can be called good about a game when a match goes roflstomprs.. For either side.. cmon really grow up.

It's a shame that something that was meant as a good thing after a match got turned into something negative. I have plenty of unit mates that say "GG" as a way of saying thanks for the match, even if we do stomp them, we appreciate them giving us opponents to play against. *shrug*

paste it a LOT in general chat right before you start shooting someone preferably in close range. It's an amazing top secret battle tactic. I find the word sex in all caps lock REALLY grabs people's attention. In fact throw more of that word into it and you're sure to win.

Never really saw the point behind posting "GL HF", we're playing a game - I expect to have fun. I understand the sentiment, just don't see the point in posting it.

I'd prefer someone spend that time actually suggesting a plan.
