I've started losing respect for quad mechs after that last Megamek game with Hylius.

Quads are an advanced unit, they really require a lot of planning and thought with regard to their movement.

I'm not saying I can use them well, I'm saying they're plenty useful when they are used properly, but they take more fore-thought than your standard BattleMech with its fancy torso-twist.

Mine slipped on pavement, fell over, blew out it's gyro and never recovered.

Yes, clearly it was the fault of the quad that you failed to roll a 3 (unless you had leg damage?) on a PSR (because you obviously would have rolled a 5 or more as required by a bipedal BattleMech), then rolled a TAC (unless you had a bare CT or CRT?) that blew your gyro.

Well my Centurion fell over and blew out its AC ammo blowing himself into oblivion, and by Trebuchet walked under a water cooler - it collapsed, and destroyed the mech. The terrain killed more of my mechs than Hylius did.

With 4/5 pilots it's one of the greater threats, really.

We take Ponies very seriously here. In fact, we take MWO serious as well, as we are demonstrating. It would seem we are taking it more seriously than some other groups who may or may not like pastel colored cartoon characters too, if you know what I mean

In the end our reputation will speak for us, as it is already doing and no amount of verbal or other attacks on us or our site/wiki will make so much as a hairs difference.

We are just plain better than them. Quality over quantity

And to be fair you kept your 'Mech from exploding at 20+ heat for a few turns. That was quite annoying. Didn't even shut down.
