Also remember the Cauldron Born being in the MW4 Beta and was surprised when it wasnt added in until the Clan Mech Pack (and while I dont agree with everything MekTek did with Mercs I still give them props for what theyve done). The MW3 Closed Beta test was 4 months, open beta 2 months long, Pirates moon was 3 months, MPBT:3025 Closed beta was 3 months, open a month n half (then they announced Microsoft was pulling out of the partnership and that was the end of that ) and MW4 was 3 months Closed and a Month Open, MW4 BK & Mercs were 2 months each and even after that all the games required a patch shortly after release. Honestly I dont think what they have going on now really qualifies as a True Beta, granted there is no Gold CD to send to production but it still seems to me that once you pay to 'Beta Test' its not really a beta but paying to play the game prior to release. Call a Apple an Apple not a Orange.
