Point I thought was obvious.
Since Cicada season is coming this year in RL and there is a Cicada Mech, they could have a Cicada sale sometime this year.

MechWarrior Online takes place in the year 3050(currently, 3051 in 2014 for us). I think that's what that comment was indicating.
Either way, I'd be fine with this. Not that I'd buy a cicada. I hate them critters.
