[Barbaric Soul]

In the tech forum of this site, a member by the name of Vulpesveritas had made several guide threads concerning computer hardware. According to Vulpes, he had well over 100 hours into creating and maintaining those threads. Those threads had A LOT of valuable info in them covering the normal everyday questions asked in the tech forum. These threads were stickied by the forum admins when they realised how valuable the info in them were. Over time, Vulpes has maintained these threads to keep them up to date.

These threads were current and relevant to todays computer hardware in relation to building or upgrading computers to play MW:O.

Now these threads are simply gone, as in deleted(or moved from public view). They were not just unpinned. The info is gone, as well as all the hours Vulpes put into researching and maintaining those threads for the MW:O players.

My only question is Why? Why were this threads deleted? Why were they not just unpinned? Why was there no explaination(a explaination should have atleast been given to Vulpes, if not everyone else that contributed to those threads)? These threads were extremely valuable in the tech forum and were not outdated. I could see why these threads were deleted if they were not being maintained, but that was not the case. From my limited experience in running sites simular to this site, I'm sure the threads are not totally gone, but rather just moved to a non-public forum.

I ask that the guides threads created by Vulpesveritas be returned to the tech forums.

I will close this thread. Only to prevent rumors of intentional sabotage (some like it to stirr up an issue without having any information ).

I can tell you that the threads are not simply deleted or removed from view (unless they were moved to a part of the forum I have no access to).

We will investigate what happened to those threads and give you the information we come up with.
