Today in the US we remember those who have given their lives in the service of our country. They were the protectors of our freedom and we cannot put into words how much we appreciate their sacrifices.
God bless our service men and women past, present, and future. Thank you for protecting us and keeping us free!

"If you are able, save for them a place inside of you and save one backward glance when you are leaving for the places they can no longer go.
Be not ashamed to say you loved them, though you may or may not have always. Take what they have taught you with their dying and keep it with your own.
And in that time when men decide and feel safe to call the war insane, take one moment to embrace those gentle heroes you left behind.
Major Michael Davis O'Donnell
1 January 1970
Dak To, Vietnam
Listed as KIA February 7, 1978
In honor to all soldiers and civilians killed in what ever war you name.

To the men and women,
Fathers and Mothers,
Brothers and Sisters,
Sons and Daughters,
Our Ancestors,
Our Descendants,
For those who put their lives on the line everyday,
And for those that have fallen to protect our freedoms
At home and abroad
Two words are not enough, and I wish there was a better way to say this:
THANK YOU.
