To all others having this patcher problem, I apologize for the difficulties. If I understand correctly, the leading solution is to try to delete MWOClient.exe, CryRenderD3D9.dll, and CryRenderD3D11.dll. If you are unable to delete them, then disable your AV software and try again. I will definitely update this with any corrections pointed out.
I'm investigating why anti-virus software is suspicious of the patcher behaviour, but rest assured that no genuine virus reports have come in. Virus scanners think the executable may be a trojan just due to the way it updates itself. Any executable with our company's signature still intact is definitely clean of any virus, malware, or any other sort of malicious software (although I can't rule out the possibility that the game may get frustrating at times, we are not responsible for other people's kill streaks ).
