I would like to request the addition of ingame tutorial missions.
Although a lot of information is available in text and video form, a more 'hands on' approach would make learning the game a lot easier.
Ideally, such a tutorial would be spread out over multiple missions, with early missions explaining the basics of the interface and controls, the basics of mech warfare and differences between weight classes, e.t.c... and later missions explaining specific technologies like narc, arthemis, hula doll physics, e.t.c...
A simple training mission could be put together using assets already in the game, e.g. by adapting one of the maps. Simple mission objectives, like 'walk to nav point alpha', 'destroy the training dummy' *, 'capture the enemy base' could be created from existing gameplay mechanisms.
Aside from similar suggestions being brought up every once in a while... Feedback? Thoughts?
* no AI needed, behaviour like a disconnected player (e.g. just standing still) would probably do for a simple mission.
