I'm sure this has been posted a million times but I'm utterly confused as to why I have to pay to take out artimis/double heatsinks/ endo-steel. I think that if I payed for the upgrades I should be able to remove them and add them as I see fit. While I can see the reasoning behind adding the costs I don't think they add anything to the game and actually penalize players for trying builds that are different from the norm.
