It might not be cannon, but theres no identifying thing in the mechbay to say a mech can use ECM or not and its not fair to say its "assumed knowledge".

It'd be good if in the mech bay either ECM was listed under "Info" with module slots OR all ECM mechs were tweaked slightly (drop a heatsink, some armor w/e) so that they come equipped with ECM.
