So, I'm, a crazy MW player from Way back, and I have a fancy joystick that doesn't work w/ MWO.

That's ok.

Except for 1 thing.... I only have 2 mouse buttons.(3 if I count clicking my wheel down, which is not great) instead of 47.


I'd like to see the ability to scroll my mouse wheel to change which groups mouse 1 and 2 are firing.

So by default it is the same. 1 and 2 shoot groups 1 and 2.

If I roll the mouse wheel down a notch.

mouse 1 shoots group 3 and mouse 2 shoots group 4.

roll it down again 5 and 6.

This would let me separate my weapons by types, ranges and usefulness.

Right now I really can't have more than 3 groups, and 3 is usually my last ditch lasers... and once all my other guns are gone, It is hard to use these lasers by clicking my mouse wheel. (mouse 1 and 2 do nothing without guns) Being able to scroll the wheel once then use button 1 for group 3 would make my life a lot easier.

I know we can move the selector bars to wherever on the gun list and have mouse 1 set to "fire current group", but being able to use the full range of 6 groups on a 2 button mouse would be way better... and may encourage players to use more than 2 weapon types on a mech.
