Premium Time Being Wasted

So the servers pooped out, and I can't log in at all, neither can everyone else in the merc corp.

And my concern is, my premium time is ticking down, I can't play, and it's been half an hour with no official response.

Are we going to be reimbursed for our wasted premium time? I mean, some people tried re-installing and now they can't even re-install until they fix this.

Update on the MWO facebook:
We are currently investigating a server issue; there may be degraded experience while we resolve the situation. Thank you for your patience.

So is this gonna take a long time? They dont even know what the issue is.

Update 2: Apparently there's a DDoS going on?

Umm... I doubt it, but making a QQ post on the forum certainly isn't going to help. Have you E-mailed support?

Same issue right now. Popped my premium time a few hours ago and now I cant use it :)

oh noes, while you are at it why dont you try to ask them to replace the time you have lost while sleeping/eating/life

Last time this kind of thing happened they gave everyone with active premium 4 hours added back, so all hope is not lost.

I don't really see OP as QQ in this situation. He has paid cash for the service to be online.

Given that they have set a precedent for reimbursing server downtime with Premium time already I don't think OP has much to worry about in this case.

I just HATE how they communicate through other social channels well before their own forums. I wouldn't use facebook if it were the last functioning website in the universe.

I wouldn't have even known if a friend hadn't pointed it out. I don't see why they cant just make a quick update here.

In all seriousness, sit back and chill. I'm sure the situation will improve soon. In the meantime, why not watch some of the old Battletech cartoons on youtube?

Man I think people are so quick to attack. I'm pretty sure it would a customer relations nightmare to have to deal with everyone If they didnt credit some time. I mean people are already getting upset and they havent even gotten time to resolve the problem.

Lets give em a chance to get it worked out. i hadnt seen down time since I been playing and its be 3 weeks to a month now.
