And my concern is, my premium time is ticking down, I can't play, and it's been half an hour with no official response.
Are we going to be reimbursed for our wasted premium time? I mean, some people tried re-installing and now they can't even re-install until they fix this.

So is this gonna take a long time? They dont even know what the issue is.
