Is anyone else noticing this? He wasn't moving ridiculously fast and was well within max range (about 60-120m most of the fight). his 3 medium pulse where outperforming my 5.
Just confirmed the same phenomenon in another match against a raven, and witnessed it happening to teammates shooting a commando. It seems lagshield is back or speed is directly throwing off damage calculations. the hit indicator is lighting up like it's a hit though. Slow enemies seem to take full or at least high damage.
