2013 July Creative Director Update

Where is it?
When is it?
Is it at all?
Hi or goodbye?
Is it not because noone knows when the next patch is and what is in it?
When 3 weeks is to long, how about one a week before each patch?

I was heading over to post a similar thread here after reading Prosperity Parks post. Good to see someone else had the initiative for it. These past few patches, while they have increased the stability of the game for me, I've seen more paid content than anything else. Moreover, I've noticed that any paid content (with the exception of Sarahs Mech for legal purposes) has been released exactly on time whereas other features have been pushed back or seemingly forgotten (12v12 and test servers I'm looking at you). All I really want to know is can we finally get some communication as to what's going on?

And I now pose a sort of quandary, is it insulting to the devs for asking where the update is within the first week of the month, or is it insulting to the player base to be admonished for an inevitable truth?

I made a small change to the title and added the term "inquiry" because the title had matched the CDU titles' format exactly... and was slightly misleading* to be seen from the front page.

they v been doing well for so long. this reminds me of back in closed beta when we couldn't get any consistent updates from the devs. they kept making changes and not sticking with what they had decided

Okay, we are now at the start of the second week of the month and no update. Can we grab the pitchforks and torches now and execute Angry Mob Formation 23?

Don't forget the forums only represent a small portion of the total player base, maybe they are putting it out on Twitter or Facebook?
