Okay, so I still think it's inexcusable for them to wait this long for a CDU especially when the first patch of the month was six days ago however I've got my bets on it being tomorrow around the time the Gods of Metal sale ends.

It's pretty telling that Ekman can't muster the time and effort to complete a page's worth of text. Obviously this is because that's more difficult than implementing CW or working on balancing ClanTech against IS, on time, much less at all.
