1. Doing something similar to planetside 2 and giving people the right to vote on what gets focused on during development to really gauge better what the community wants.
2. Fixing UI 2.0 be it the mechlab or your inventory showing mechs you don't own etc etc.
3. Increasing cbill earnings to the 8v8 days, I think that most people calculated that it was a 30% reduction to I'd be happy with a 30% increase.
For me personally I just can't get into mechwarrior with UI 2.0 and there doesn't seem to be any staying power since the cbill nerf.

In game
-Crossfire/SLI support
-More in game tutorials to help break in new players
-AI tanks, maybe?
-HuD Revamp (currently scaleform is terribly resource inefficient and does cut frames, also many monitors that do nothing)
-Target Friendly
-Radar Passive/Active
-HTAL bars (alternative damage display)
-Mech model tracking (MW2/3/4 mini window displaying targeted mech model or your own, alternative to 3rd person)
-Jettison Ammo
-Crouch
-Selection of which ammo bins to use by location (I.E choose order of where ammo is used up from first)
-Purpose of Command Console, Preferably a Mech Commander style battle grid allowing you to order actual commands and control turrets
-Revamped Night Vision
-More vision modes (Shit even a flood light option would be nice, too)
-Destructible Trees
-Flammable Trees
-Destructible enviorments
-Destructible Buildings
-Destructible Trees
-DFA
-Collisions
-Graphic Fidelity
-Fix/buff to a laundry list of weapons
-Information warfare (i.e Revamp of missiles, ecm, bap, passive radar, target information ...etc.
-Salvage revamp (Reward players for skillfully taking down mechs with minimal damage -> more $$. And allow small % to salvage a piece of equipment or weapon as a reward to something you destroyed)
-Removal of Ghost Heat
-Heat penalties
-Revamp of heat scale
-Revamp of weapon convergence
-Inclusion of alt. ammo types
-inclusion of exotic/rare weapons/equipment -> Binary Lasers, Thumpers, targeting computers, etc.
-Coolant shots removed and Canon based Coolant Pods added. Requires crits, tonnage and can explode.
-C3 computer somewhere included by default on all mechs but can be removed for tonnage/crits

UI2.0
-Pop-up message asking players to refill consumables (and hell maybe even ammo if R&R should ever come back)
-Map preference table (Check off maps you wish to avoid, even games like SC2 have this...)
-Groups of 5-11
-Alternative / Additional game modes selection
-SOLARIS VII ARENA (i.e king of the hill, respawn modes, FFA, 2v2v2, 3v3v3, CTF, etc.)
-Spectate matches
-BAP allows for recording of matches (Seriously, its in canon too!)
-Theatre mode (to review 'dem games)
-Save mech schematics
-Give / Upload mech schematics to friends
-In mechlab, allow "quickload" of loadouts from schematics
-Gamble C-Bills or MC on ranked Solaris Matches
-Lobbies (MSN Gaming zone style, meybe?)
-Custom games (I'm aware private matches are "Soon™")
-Community Map Editor (I've seen first hand what the Mechwarrior/Btech community is capable of...)
-A better social tab in general...
-Less clicking for God's sake
-A functional Mech lab
-Mech Decals
-In game Mercenary/Unit Support
-Community Warfare in general
-WHAT HAPPENED TO SKILL TREES?! (i.e. anyone else remember Assault, Defense, Scouting or Command Skill Tree specialization?!)
-Custom Mech Aesthetics (seriously, how is PGI NOT cashing in on this?! HUGE payoff in F2P is purchasable custom aesthetics!)

3. Fix all bugs
4. Abandon Clan Mechs until Community Warfare is done.
5. Move the Community Warfare timetable up by several months.
6. Hit a deadline for a change.
7. Rollback Ghost Heat.
8. Recruit new players actively.
9. Reward existing players for recruiting new players.
10. Make money and last 30 years.

I want repair and rearm (in a reasonable manner, one that favors mediums)
I want non-instant-pinpoint.
I want asymetric mission objectives.
I want overpowered Clan mechs balanced by asymetric warfare.
And most of all: I want a game that at least feels like Battletech, not some generic mecha game with robots that (sometimes vaguely) resembles Battletech mechs.
I know, I know, none of this will ever happen, but I can still dream, can I?

1 SRM's to register every hit. (reasons obvious)
2 customisation to be drastically reduced .
This would mean there is a point to owning lots of different mechs for weapons variation, and a point in owning mechs like the panther which is DOA in currant format, as any light mech can run a PPC, (the spider only fits the LPPC and not intoduced until 3067) it would also mean the hated heat scale could be removed as the over kill builds would be snuffed out, and or limited to the timeline when they get introduced.
3 Remove all mechs I don't own from my mech bay including trial
I have over 120 mechs the only reason I ever used them again was due to the dumb achievement why do I need to have them clutter up my mech bays
4 building cars trees etc destrucable or at leash showing damage (forget ferros I want my mech made out of that red four door family saloon).
5 Higher levels of collision damage and a form of DOA
I would go the whole hog and ask for knock downs, if the PvP crowd were actually all mature enough to not abuse it, sadly that's not the case and its to easy to grief people with and would be impossible for PGI to police, but the level of damage contact causes at the moment is pathetic, and a form of DOA would give further reasons to load more jump jets, higher you fall the more damage
6 AMS not to shoot through walls, caves, someones great aunt, o.k..maybe the great aunt as its canon

1 - PPC damage arcing.
2 - Dynamic weapon precision modification, based on throttle %, stability state (JJing, in the air, recent received Impulse, etc.), and especially heat %.
3 - Dynamic scaling heat penalties to speed, maneuverability, weapon cycle times, and weapon precision.
4 - ECM and electronic warfare rework into an interactive set of soft counters (bonuses and penalties) instead of hard counters (on/off switches).
5 - Smoothed out Mechlab, especially with the group interface.
6 - "Dropship" mode for launching (select up to four mechs; pick one after the map has been revealed).
7 - 1v1 mode.
8 - Lance v Lance mode.
9 - Customizable pilot graphics (colors, cooling suit patterns, etc.).
10 - Customized and expanded experience trees, both for mechs and for the pilot more generally, as well as pilot gear upgrades (cooling vest/suit, neurohelmet, etc.).
